Job Title: Mitigation Specialist

At Paul Davis Restoration of Charlotte, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mitigation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our disaster response team, you will play a critical role in restoring properties affected by water, fire, or other disasters.

Job Summary:

The Mitigation Specialist will be responsible for performing high-level water mitigation, tarping, board-up, and mold remediation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform water mitigation, tarping, board-up, and mold remediation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and all company equipment.
  • Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as needed.
  • Assist in warehousing and facility-related tasks when necessary.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in disaster response, restoration, or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Clean criminal background check.
  • Ability to pass a drug test.
