Position: Customer Service Representative
Compensation: $16/hour + Weekly Payments + Benefits
Working Hours: 7am-9pm CST, Monday to Saturday (8-hour shifts with potential overtime)
Equipment: Supplied by the company
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls related to patient services
- Accurately confirm essential information
- Provide outstanding customer support
- No sales or collections tasks involved
- Must reside in Texas or nearby regions
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service environment
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
