Position: Customer Service Representative
Compensation: $16/hour + Weekly Payments + Benefits
Working Hours: 7am-9pm CST, Monday to Saturday (8-hour shifts with potential overtime)
Equipment: Supplied by the company

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls related to patient services
  • Accurately confirm essential information
  • Provide outstanding customer support
  • No sales or collections tasks involved
Qualifications:
  • Must reside in Texas or nearby regions
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service environment
  • Friendly and positive attitude
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
