Compensation Details:
The hourly wage for this position is $21.00.

Compensation may vary based on individual qualifications, skills, and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct systematic patrols of the venue to ensure safety.
  • Rapidly evaluate and deliver medical care to individuals in need during events, maintaining composure in challenging situations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to guests by addressing their needs and inquiries.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow EMTs, paramedics, and event personnel to ensure timely medical care.
  • Administer basic medical treatments, first aid, and emergency interventions as necessary.
  • Safely transport patients to medical facilities when further care is required, following established protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and medical teams, relaying critical information promptly.
  • Ensure readiness of medical equipment and perform routine checks to maintain essential supplies.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with event attendees, providing reassurance and comfort.
  • Document patient care, incidents, and observations accurately, adhering to confidentiality standards.

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Possession of a valid State of California EMT License and AHA CPR Certification is required.
  • Successful completion of a background check.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to de-escalate situations.
  • A strong team player who can work with diverse populations.
  • Ability to lift individuals onto a gurney for transport.
  • Capability to stand, walk, and navigate the venue for extended periods, including climbing stairs.
