Senior Client Account Strategist

FMR LLC is a leading provider of innovative solutions for the automotive industry. Our team of experts has delivered successful projects for some of the largest brands in the sector, helping them navigate complex landscapes and meet their speed-to-market, cost, and system performance goals.
We're looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team and help us continue to deliver exceptional results for our clients. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our current and prospective clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the timely delivery of our solutions.
About the Role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client account management matters.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits.
- Collaborate with our sales team to identify and grow opportunities within our territory.
- Ensure the successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
- Prepare reports on account status.
Requirements and Skills
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or relevant role.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.
- Account management and/or sales experience in the automotive industry.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
