Role Overview:
The Financial Services Advisor plays a crucial role in assisting IVX Health patients by clarifying financial responsibilities, evaluating payment capabilities, educating on financial assistance options, and guiding them through application processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with patients to discuss insurance coverage
  • Provide estimates for patient financial obligations
  • Support patients in completing financial assistance applications
  • Establish payment plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation of interactions
  • Perform additional tasks as required

Qualifications:
Essential Skills:
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Familiarity with medical terminology

Education & Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years in medical coding and billing

Wage Range: $20 - $23.50 per hour
