Relationship Manager

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team at Principal Financial Group. As a key member of our Customer Care area, you will develop deep relationships with advisors, plan sponsors, and third-party administrators in our 25M - 200M market space in the Memphis, TN area.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with plan sponsors and advisors on plan design, investments, retirement readiness, services, and new opportunities.
- Conduct plan level health reviews and provide strategic solutions to meet business goals.
- Problem-solve complex issues and provide creative solutions to clients.

We offer a competitive salary range of $86,450 - $144,400 per year, flexible time off, and a pension plan. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work from home and travel to client meetings.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree or 8 years of equivalent experience required.
- 2+ years of retirement industry experience.
- Must become an associated person of Principal Securities, Inc.
- Qualified Plan knowledge strongly preferred (Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution).
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills required.
- Must be assertive and entrepreneurial.
- Travel required (25 - 30%), mostly day travel but occasional overnight travel.
