Key Responsibilities:

  • As a Senior Engineer in Enterprise Incident Response, you will play a crucial role in the integration and automation of incident management tools, addressing and triaging incidents, monitoring alerts, and guiding incidents to resolution with appropriate communication.
  • Your expertise in distributed cloud infrastructure, coupled with strong communication skills and troubleshooting abilities, will empower you to ask insightful questions that facilitate the resolution of enterprise incidents.
  • Your analytical and tactful approach will enable you to conduct operational excellence reviews following incidents and follow up on deliverables to foster continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of troubleshooting cloud infrastructure and applications.
  • Experience in incident response within an AWS cloud environment.
  • Familiarity with DevOps principles and collaboration with software engineering teams.
  • 7+ years of experience in operations, incident response, and/or DevOps.
  • Proven experience leading high-performance teams capable of making decisions in dynamic environments.
  • Experience in a cross-functional team leadership role.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with API integrations and automation processes.
