Clinical Laboratory Specialist Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and flexible Clinical Laboratory Specialist to conduct intricate medical laboratory analyses for the identification, treatment, and prevention of illnesses.
The ideal candidate will also be tasked with the accurate entry of medical test outcomes and the operation of various laboratory instruments.
This role is structured as a 6-month contract with the potential for reassignment to another department contingent on performance and approval at the conclusion of the contract.
Key Qualifications:
+ Proficiency with spectrophotometers, calorimeters, flame photometers, and automated analyzers
+ Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice and relevant local regulations
+ Competence in data analysis and meticulous documentation of results
+ Associate's degree in medical technology or a related discipline
+ Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field is preferred
+ 0-2 years of relevant experience
Work Environment:
A collaborative microbiology team consisting of 30 employees. While working on the bacteriology bench, interaction with approximately 15 technicians is expected, and on the quantiferon bench, collaboration with about 3 technicians is anticipated.
