About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing medical coverage in our hospital, working closely with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. As a Hospital Medicine Physician, you will be expected to assess and manage patients' medical conditions, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with other specialists as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide medical coverage in our hospital, assessing and managing patients' medical conditions.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans, taking into account patients' individual needs and circumstances.
  • Collaborate with other specialists, including intensivists and pulmonologists, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring timely documentation and communication with other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Degree in Medicine (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure to practice medicine in the United States.
  • Board certification in Internal Medicine or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $250,000 - $350,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.
