The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Labor and Delivery team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods. Your duties will include assessing patients, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with patients and families, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices. A current RN license in the State of Texas is required, as well as BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications. One year of experience in Labor and Delivery is preferred, but not mandatory. You must also possess excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
