Psychiatric Nurse Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Nursing Practice: Utilize the nursing process to assess patient needs, develop individualized plans of care, and implement evidence-based interventions to promote patient wellness.
- Leadership and Education: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide education and training on psychiatric nursing practices, and lead by example in promoting a culture of excellence and compassion.
- Clinical Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in psychiatric nursing, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning, and stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field.
- Licensure: Current, valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state where employed.
- Education: Associate Degree in Nursing or higher required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum one year of inpatient hospital experience strongly preferred.
Our competitive salary package includes a base salary of $95,000 per annum, plus benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. We also offer opportunities for professional development and continuing education.
