Job Summary

Wild Mind Ales is seeking an experienced Brewery and THC Sales Representative to cover the Twin Cities market area. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our on and off premise accounts, developing effective sales strategies, and driving brand growth and profitability.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to increase package distribution for on and off premise accounts.
  • Travel frequently to meet with distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders to promote our products and build relationships.
  • Deliver and merchandise product to ensure optimal display and sales.
  • Collaborate with distributor sales reps to educate and gain placements in liquor stores, bars, restaurants, and grocery stores.
  • Work with our promotional calendar to plan and execute engaging events, including tastings with retailers.
  • Identify new opportunities with distributors by maintaining clear communication of brewery capabilities and goals.
  • Maintain frequent communication with wholesale partners to ensure follow through on commitments.
  • Monitor and report progress of sales goals and target accounts using data analytics tools.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of craft beer sales or alcohol industry experience required.
  • A working knowledge of the Midwest territory.
  • Passion for craft beer and THC.
  • Ability to regularly lift cases and maneuver full kegs when required.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in autonomous fashion while maintaining strong business sense.
  • Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and clean driving record.
  • Flexible work schedule with ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level computer skills with working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Lilypad.
