We are seeking a highly experienced PLC Engineer to join our team in Peabody, MA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing comprehensive PLC-controlled baggage handling systems, including hardware selection, PLC programming, and integration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop PLC-controlled systems, including hardware selection and integration.
  • Configure and program managed switches, including VLAN setup and security patching.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues with integrated systems.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to field engineers during system installation and commissioning.
  • Document and maintain detailed records of PLC programs and system configurations.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in PLC programming.
  • Proficiency in HMI/SCADA systems and programming.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing automation systems.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% to client sites for system installations and support.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
