The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers in a sales engineering role.

Experience dealing with international customers and international Sales Representatives for supportive development overseas is highly desirable.

  • Proven experience with Sales and building customer relationships
  • Proven managerial experience with sales teams and technical products.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a growing manufacturing operation
  • Mechanical, Technical, Engineering experience
  • Comfortable with customers and developing alignment/measuring solutions
  • Ability to understand and explain engineering problems
  • Innovative & creative participation with sales and manufacturing teams
  • Interest in working with industrial customers on solutions and designs
  • Comfortable in industrial and factory environments
