Job Opportunity

Olson Kundig is seeking a highly skilled Senior Planner to join our Seattle office. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the built environment and contributing to the firm's excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the planning and development of projects, ensuring compliance with zoning regulations, land use policies, and other relevant codes.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, developers, and local government officials to create comprehensive plans for the built environment.
  • Manage project teams, delegate tasks, and conduct research to analyze data and present proposals to clients or stakeholders.
Requirements
  • APA-accredited degree in Urban Planning or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in a related role, with a strong understanding of zoning and development codes.
  • Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and ArcGIS.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
