Key Responsibilities:- Demand Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to establish business cases, scope, and requirements for new systems or existing system changes.
- IT Acquisition: Develop scopes of work to support IT acquisition of products or services.
- Requirements Definition: Gather information/documentation from vendors or contractors, translate business needs into requirements, and create functional/non-functional specifications.
- Process Analysis: Analyze and validate business requirements and processes, identify opportunities for process enhancement, and gather, clarify, and document scope, business scenarios, workflows, requirements, etc.
- Communication: Communicate and present client's business requirements to implementation teams, create systems models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and system architects.
- Project Management: Work with the team to define acceptance criteria or other metrics/performance goals for the system, provide status updates, complete weekly work time logs, and update work tickets weekly.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A strong understanding of business processes and systems is essential, as well as the ability to gather and document requirements.
