Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Esthetics Instructor to join our team at Blue Cliff College. As an Esthetics Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching students the principles and practices of esthetics, including the use of cosmetic preparations, body treatments, and other techniques for the care of the skin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement curriculum for esthetics courses, including lesson plans and instructional materials.
  • Teach esthetics courses to students, including lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on training.
  • Evaluate student progress and provide feedback to students.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of program policies and procedures.
  • Participate in faculty meetings and professional development activities.
Qualifications
  • Cosmetology/Esthetician licensure through applicable state board, required.
  • Cosmetology/Esthetician Instructor's License required.
  • At least three (3) years of experience as a licensed cosmetologist/esthetician and be familiar with all aspects of the industry.
  • Some level of teaching or training experience is preferred.
  • Must be proficient in the following areas: facials, eyebrow arching and hair removal, make-up, and manicuring and pedicuring.
