Job Title: Esthetics Instructor

Blue Cliff College is seeking an experienced Esthetics Instructor to join our team. As an Esthetics Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching students the principles and practices of esthetics, including skincare, makeup, and other related topics.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans to students.
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in esthetics.
  • Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive education program.
Requirements:
  • Cosmetology/Esthetician licensure through applicable state board, required.
  • Cosmetology/Esthetician Instructor's License required.
  • At least three (3) years of experience as a licensed cosmetologist/esthetician and be familiar with all aspects of the industry.
  • Some level of teaching or training experience is preferred.
