About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Life Sciences Industry Marketing Strategist to join our team at Blue Yonder. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will play a critical role in helping us accelerate our leadership position within the life sciences segment.

Job Overview

This is a high-impact role responsible for creating messaging and content that ensures sellers and buyers understand how we improve the speed and efficiency of delivery of offerings for superior business outcomes and patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with product leaders to develop outcome-oriented messaging and content used in sales, awareness, and demand generation.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on life science supply chains in marketing, supporting sales and creating or repurposing content to be purpose-fit for life science discussions.
  • Partner with sales and industry leaders to build outcome-oriented messaging and content that helps supply chain leaders understand our value in pharma, biotech, and more.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, product, and marketing to drive life sciences-specific programs and promotions that increase engagement.
  • Evaluate opportunities to take share and deposition competitors, working with competitive intelligence, sales, and partners.
  • Partner with marketing and product teams on scripts and visual demonstrations used at events for showcasing the value of Blue Yonder in life sciences and manufacturing overall.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in marketing or a hi-tech field, MBA/master's preferred.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing to life sciences with an understanding of clinical trial management and regulatory compliance in pharmaceuticals and/or biotech.
  • Understanding of healthcare and clinic supply chain operations is a plus.
  • Experience of and understanding of supply chain software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to business audiences in simple, compelling English.
  • Proven track record partnering with and leading cross-functional teams to plan and execute product launches as well as go-to-market programs.
  • Strong technical knowledge of cloud-based software products.
  • Experience defining and measuring how industry marketing efforts support business goals.
  • Strong internal communicator and collaborator.
Compensation

The salary range for this position is $120,335.00 to $151,665.00 US. The salary range information provided reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses, and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
