Job Summary

We're seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our Acute Care and Ambulatory Care product marketing efforts. As a Lead Healthcare Product Marketing Strategist, you'll develop and execute go-to-market strategies, create compelling messaging, and drive pipeline creation, sales cycles, and market impact. Your expertise in healthcare market analysis, customer segmentation, and competitive intelligence will help us stay ahead of the curve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Rhapsody's healthcare solutions, tailored to specific market segments.">
  • Define and articulate compelling value-based positioning and messaging based on competitive and market analysis.">
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement to develop tools, training, and content that empower the sales team to effectively market and sell Rhapsody solutions.">
  • Lead all aspects of product launch activities, ensuring successful product introductions.">
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, gathering and analyzing market feedback, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform product strategy and development.">
  • Conduct win/loss analysis to understand key buying criteria, refine messaging, and optimize go-to-market strategies.">
  • Own and manage pricing strategy and communication for targeted segments, ensuring alignment with market demand and competitive positioning.">
  • Work with growth and content teams to create campaigns, collateral, white papers, thought leadership content, videos, blogs, and other materials that drive awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.">
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, industry analysts, and partners to increase market visibility and influence.">
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies to maximize impact.">

Requirements and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.">
  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, strategic marketing, or related roles, ideally within the B2B tech or health tech sector.">
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful go-to-market strategies and drive measurable results.">
  • Proven track record in leading product launches and building effective sales enablement programs.">
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to inform strategic decision-making.">
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and convey value propositions clearly.">
  • Experience managing pricing strategies and working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.">
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including sales, product, and industry influencers.">
  • A self-starter with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.">

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
