The Role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including managing daily and weekly operations, overseeing staff training and development, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily and weekly operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling
  • Oversee staff training and development, including onboarding, coaching, and performance evaluations
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and service, including monitoring food preparation, presentation, and temperature
  • Control labor costs by scheduling and managing staff effectively
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, including inventory, sales, and labor reports
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
  • Facilitate communication between departments, including front-of-house and back-of-house staff
  • Identify and recruit outstanding talent to join our team
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Availability to work 45-55 hours per week
