Job Opportunity: School-Based Behavior Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated School-Based Behavior Consultant to join our team at Aspire Educational Services. As a key member of our team, you will provide comprehensive behavior analysis services to individuals with a primary focus on addressing behaviors that impede a student's ability to learn in the school setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and write reports summarizing results in accordance with state requirements.
  • Collaborate with teachers to design positive behavior support plans and train staff/teachers on implementing positive behavior support plans and function-based interventions.
  • Support the implementation of school-wide positive behavior supports framework at the school.
  • Deliver professional development to our school partners.
  • Develop positive relationships with our school partners and their staff.
Requirements:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificate, LBS a huge plus.
  • Master's degree from an accredited ABA program or equivalent academic credentials.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to work in school districts and charter schools in Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery, and Delaware Counties.
  • Strong technical ABA skills.
  • Team Player - Have a desire to make a large impact in our small-but-growing agency.
