We are seeking a Revenue Enablement Manager who has demonstrated success in developing and executing effective revenue enablement strategies. In this position, you will collaborate closely with the Director of Revenue Operations and various teams including marketing, sales, product, and customer experience to identify, create, and implement initiatives that enhance team and individual performance. Your contributions will be vital in crafting educational materials, resources, and content aimed at driving growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement training programs for new employees and ongoing education for the commercial team.
  • Develop and curate sales enablement resources such as playbooks, product documentation, and competitive assessments to support the sales team through collaborative efforts.
  • Evaluate and refine sales processes to ensure efficiency and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Manage the selection and oversight of sales enablement tools and technologies.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators related to quarterly objectives to assess and enhance enablement initiatives that align with company goals.
  • Facilitate effective communication of product value propositions by collaborating with sales, marketing, product, customer experience, and customer success teams.
  • Responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing enablement programs, either from the ground up or by enhancing existing frameworks to equip our commercial teams with necessary tools and resources.
  • Provide valuable insights to the sales team by working with Customer Experience to gather and analyze feedback from internal sources, prospects, and customers.
  • Partner with Marketing to continuously improve sales strategies and content while staying informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.

Qualifications

  • A proactive individual who can effectively drive revenue growth through strategic enablement initiatives.
  • 4-7 years of experience in Customer Success Enablement or Sales Enablement roles.
  • Proven experience in the SaaS sector, particularly within a startup environment.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS customer lifecycle and methodologies (e.g., MEDICC, BANT, SPIN, The Challenger).
  • Able to delve into existing knowledge within departments and utilize internal resources to optimize the accumulated expertise.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Familiarity with enablement tools and CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics, Salesforce).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Highly organized with robust project management capabilities.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
