We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Blue Star Partners LLC. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and experience in providing clerical support.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our department, including data entry, filing, and record maintenance.
  • Assist with phone coverage, answering calls in a professional manner, and directing inquiries to relevant staff members.
  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations accurately and efficiently, adhering to established formatting and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, arranging venues, sending invitations, and preparing meeting materials.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a similar role or industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with colleagues and stakeholders.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $15 per hour, paid bi-weekly. This rate may be adjusted based on the candidate's qualifications and experience. We offer a competitive compensation package, including opportunities for growth and development within the company.
