Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Director to lead our growth efforts in the off-road fabrication industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the off-road/overlanding community, a proven track record in sales and marketing leadership, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives that increase market share, brand recognition, and revenue.
As the Sales and Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies, managing key customer relationships, and leading a team to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
Identify new market opportunities and drive initiatives to capitalize on them.
Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Sales Management:
Oversee and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Set and achieve sales targets, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and distributors.
Negotiate and close high-value deals, contracts, and partnerships.
Marketing Leadership:
Develop and manage marketing campaigns to promote products and brand awareness.
Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content creation.
Manage the marketing budget and ensure a high return on investment (ROI).
Coordinate the design and production of marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs, and online content.
Lead efforts in product launches, trade shows, and industry events.
Customer Service Leadership
Create and maintain a positive and unique customer experience.
Manage the customer service team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Gather feedback from the Customer Service Representatives and be able to report on the customer mentality.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and competitive landscape.
Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform strategy adjustments.
Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing performance for senior management.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales, marketing, and customer service team.
Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the department.
Provide mentorship and leadership to ensure continuous professional growth of team members.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
Detail oriented problem solver
Strong focus for continuous improvement
Experience:
3+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the automotive, off-road, or fabrication industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of the off-road/overland community and market dynamics.
Experience with digital marketing and e-commerce platforms.
Valid driver's license
Compensation and Benefits:
$75,000 - $80,000

Additional time may be required to meet deadlines
