Pellet Mill Operator Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pellet Mill Operator to join our team at Lignetics Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining our pellet mill equipment, ensuring high-quality production and efficient processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and adjust pellet mill equipment to optimize production and quality.
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime.
  • Collaborate with production team members to ensure smooth operation and meet production targets.
  • Monitor and control pellet moisture content, ensuring it meets company standards.
  • Assist in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Working knowledge of pellet mill operations and maintenance.
  • Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Strong mechanical and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
