Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Refrigeration and Cooking Equipment Service Technician to join our team at PT Holdings LLC. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and maintenance to our commercial kitchen equipment customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Properly troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial refrigeration and cooking equipment
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other stakeholders
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on a variety of commercial kitchen equipment
  • Maintain company vehicles and inventory
  • Responsible for returning parts to the warranty department
Requirements
  • Previous experience in refrigeration, cooking, or HVAC equipment service (or related military experience)
  • Strong electrical, electronic, and mechanical skills
  • Excellent customer communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with walk-ins, coolers, freezers, ice machines, prep tables, fryers, ovens, steamers, ranges, broilers, and ware wash equipment
  • CFESA certification and related training
  • EPA Universal Certification
  • Computer literacy
