  • Oversee Store Activity and Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Resolve Guest Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns and complaints, ensuring that all issues are resolved to the guest's satisfaction.
  • Maintain Restaurant Equipment and Facilities: Ensure that all restaurant equipment and facilities are properly maintained, cleaned, and repaired, meeting or exceeding all health and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
  • 2+ Years of Restaurant Management Experience: Required
  • Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills: Required
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Required
