Vos missions seront de :

**1) Gestion de la production**

Grer et superviser le bon droulement du planning de production des produits de votre atelier en conformit avec les standards dfinis de lentreprise.

Participer llaboration du planning de production et tre proactif pour le radapter si besoin pour rpondre aux demandes clients et objectifs fixs.

Manager et garantir le dveloppement de votre quipe (EPC, etc.).

**2) Qualit / Scurit / Environnement**

Garantir la conformit du conditionnement des produits (tanchit, visuel, poids, etc).

Etre responsable de la ralisation des autocontrles qualit de votre primtre et informer votre responsable en cas de drive ou non-conformit.

Etre responsable de la qualit et de la propret de votre atelier.

**3) Gestion de projets**

Elaborer les rfrentiels de votre atelier (Modes opratoires, OPL, etc.).

Garantir la mise jour des classeurs, des rfrentiels, des affichages, du management visuel de votre atelier.

Participer ou tre leader de projets sur votre zone.

Vous devez avoir de solides connaissances de l'environnement industriel (de prfrence agro-alimentaire) et tre un.e expert.e de la conduite de machine autonomatise.

Votre dynamisme et votre sens du contact vous amnent fdrer, toujours dans le respect des salaris.
