About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Home Sales Consultant to join our team at LGI Homes. As a New Home Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in selling potential homebuyers the dream of homeownership and guiding them through the new home sales process.

  • Meet annual sales goals and exceed expectations

  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
Requirements
  • Top producing sales record and competitive spirit
  • Excellent communication skills, both in-person and over the phone
  • Ability to work on weekends and meet sales targets
  • Experience in a commission-based sales role is preferred

Compensation Package

Total Compensation: $151,000 - $333,000+ with uncapped potential

Commission: 2.5% commission on all closed sales under $500,000, 2.0% commission paid on all closed sales over $500,000

Bonus Structure: Paid at each level of units closed within a calendar year ($5,000 - $30,000 based on number of units closed)

Paid Training: 100 days of Training Pay totaling $13, equivalent to $48,000 a year, paid bi-weekly
