Job Summary
The Telecom Scoping Engineer is responsible for leading project construction design and projected schedule, expenses, and quality and safety at Jacobs. This role involves maintaining and enforcing the Company's safety program, ensuring daily jobsite safety plans are reviewed and followed, and communicating project changes to the client.

Key Accountabilities
  • Maintain and enforce Company safety program
  • Ensure daily jobsite safety plans are reviewed and followed
  • Communicate project changes to the client
  • Ensure Company Safety program is in place with all staff and subcontractors
  • Install quality programs for company and subcontractors work
  • Interpret and verify industry standards, guidelines, and codes for project deliverables

Schedule Management
This position will schedule and monitor work plans consistent with agreements, act as a key interface with site acquisition team, construction, and project teams, logistics, and general contractors. The Telecom Scoping Engineer will also coordinate technical issues with field and physically assist construction in the field. With an estimated $110,000 - $140,000 annual salary, the Telecom Scoping Engineer is a vital member of our project team at Jacobs.
