Job Overview
The Telecom Scoping Engineer plays a pivotal role in leading project construction design and projected schedule, expenses, and quality and safety. This position involves maintaining and enforcing the Company's safety program, ensuring daily jobsite safety plans are reviewed and followed, and communicating project changes to the client.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and enforce Company safety program
  • Ensure daily jobsite safety plans are reviewed and followed
  • Communicate project changes to the client
  • Ensure Company Safety program is in place with all staff and subcontractors
  • Install quality programs for company and subcontractors work
  • Interpret and verify industry standards, guidelines, and codes for project deliverables

Schedule and Monitor Work Plans
The Telecom Scoping Engineer schedules and monitors work plans consistent with agreements, acts as a key interface with site acquisition team, construction, and project teams, logistics, and general contractors. Additionally, this role coordinates technical issues with field and physically assists construction in the field.

Preparation of Discipline Deliverables
This position prepares standard discipline deliverables, including standard work processes and tools. With an estimated $90,000 - $120,000 annual salary, the Telecom Scoping Engineer is a crucial part of the project team at Jacobs.
