Position Overview:
As an Industrial Maintenance Specialist, you will be accountable for the upkeep and repair of hydraulic and electronic systems, ensuring optimal production quality and efficiency while fostering a culture of safety within the maintenance division.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiencies during equipment repairs and maintenance.
2. Strive to meet objectives related to production, technology, and resource management.
3. Execute all assigned installations, testing, maintenance, and repairs of facilities and machinery.
4. Contribute to strategies aimed at reducing mechanical downtime and maintaining product flow and production levels.
5. Engage in all maintenance training to stay current with the latest operational procedures.

Operational Support:
Assist in the operation of plant equipment and systems to reduce unplanned downtime and proactively identify areas for continuous improvement.

Performance Metrics:
Complete maintenance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as asset utilization and maintenance cost preventive maintenance, ensuring they are finalized as scheduled.

Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all safety, health, and environmental regulations while performing maintenance tasks. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the direct supervisor.

Qualifications:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent knowledge.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in industrial maintenance within a food manufacturing environment.

Skills and Abilities:
1. Proficient in reading and interpreting safety guidelines, operational instructions, and procedural manuals.
2. Comprehensive understanding of advanced maintenance management systems, work order processes, and preventive/predictive maintenance methodologies.
3. Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies, troubleshoot technical issues, and leverage technology to enhance productivity.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with all levels of management and clientele.

Work Planning:
Ability to organize daily tasks, work autonomously, and maintain high motivation levels.

Mathematical Proficiency:
Competence in basic arithmetic operations and applying these concepts to practical scenarios.

Organizational Skills:
Exceptional organizational abilities, capable of multitasking while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Technical Skills:
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and other relevant software.
