We are partnering with a leading food manufacturing company to fill a critical role in their Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead EHS Initiatives: Develop and execute plans to enhance site EHS performance, drive continuous improvement of the site's EHS Management Systems, and manage the site's process safety management program.
  • Technical Expertise: Serve as the onsite subject matter expert for EHS&S, providing technical guidance on site-related EHS&S issues, and oversee the EHS&S training program.
  • Incident Management: Conduct incident analysis, identify trends, and collaborate with operational leaders to implement solutions aimed at reducing incidents, and manage incident reporting, investigations, and recordkeeping.
  • Environmental Program: Lead the site's environmental program and sustainability initiatives, ensuring compliance with environmental permits, reporting, monitoring, and recordkeeping.
Requirements:
  • Education: Technical degree or equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in environmental, health, and safety compliance within a manufacturing environment.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications are a plus.
