About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Lead - Low Vision Solutions to join our team at Eschenbach Optik of America, Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share in the low vision solutions segment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including ophthalmologists, optometrists, and blind rehab professionals.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and analyze market trends to inform future sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the eye care industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation
  • Salary range: $115,000 - $130,000 per year, including base pay, commission, and bonuses.
