About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vertical Lead to join our growing Digital consulting practice in the Healthcare industry. As a key member of our Sage Intacct Solutions Team, you will be responsible for building and executing a go-to-market strategy for our healthcare vertical, driving opportunity growth, and providing subject matter expertise to sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a thought leader and vertical market expert in the healthcare industry, providing guidance and subject matter expertise to sales and marketing strategies and assets.
  • Profile the total and accessible market for the healthcare vertical, defining buyer personas and building a strong opportunity creation plan.
  • Develop and manage key relationships necessary to achieving vertical success, including within Baker Tilly, with external partners, and with key current or prospective customers.
  • Develop and manage a Vertical Profile and Vertical Growth Strategy, including investment plans and return on investment projections.
  • Identify customers' needs for new Baker Tilly Digital products that are built on, or integrate with, the Sage Intacct platform, including process automation, integrations, business intelligence, and outsourced accounting services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong understanding of the healthcare market, including TAM, ideal client, buyer personas, and the ability to build a strong opportunity creation plan. You will also need the ability to understand our sales process to help drive growth and exceed the vertical forecast.
