Job Title: Senior Vice President, Vertical Lead

About the Role:

Epsilon is seeking a seasoned Senior Vice President, Vertical Lead to lead a team of leaders in developing sound business practices built around strategy, goal setting, hiring, and advising. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving client satisfaction, seamless delivery of Epsilon solutions, and strategic mindset to provide more Epsilon solutions to assigned clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of leaders to develop and implement business strategies, goals, and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Epsilon clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Drive revenue growth across all Epsilon solutions, with a focus on client retention and acquisition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Account Management, Finance, and Product Development, to drive business growth.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to team members to ensure successful delivery of Epsilon solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven industry expertise in the Dining / Restaurant / QSR space.
  • Diverse client management experience, including client-side, ad solutions, direct marketing, and agency experience.
  • 15+ years of demonstrated consultative and solution-oriented sales and business development experience.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of owning profit and loss on revenue targets of $100M - $200M.
  • Ability to assess client objectives and formulate communication strategies directly to those objectives.
  • Self-motivated driver with strong skills in prioritization and revenue achievement.
  • Strong business and strategic planning acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities and participate in new business.
  • Leadership skills that develop the team for future growth.
  • Solid quantitative background, with an understanding of analytic tools and techniques.
  • Deep understanding of marketing program design, execution, and measurement.
  • A learning leader mindset, with a focus on solving problems and speeding up processes.

What We Offer:

Epsilon offers a competitive salary range of $197,000.00 - $260,000.00, as well as opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic and challenging environment.
