Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician - Crankshaft Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine mechanical and machining maintenance activities on equipment, including daily checks and preventative maintenance initiatives.
  • Equipment Diagnostics: Diagnose, troubleshoot, update, and repair malfunctioning plant equipment.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of work orders, repairs done, and parts used.
  • Collaboration: Participate in preventative maintenance programs based on OEM guidelines for plant equipment, machinery, and related facilities.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent; specialized training in mechanics trade or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance in a manufacturing setting.
  • Skills: Excellent mechanical skills, understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems, ability to convert metric to standard, and basic mathematical ability.
