The selected candidate will be tasked with interviewing service applicants to assess their needs, gathering necessary information, and providing guidance to ensure timely service delivery. Responsibilities also include maintaining records related to applications and job status for new services, as well as assisting the engineering manager with scheduling and issuing job orders for system expansion, modifications, and maintenance.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A NEW SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
- High school diploma required
- Prior experience in customer service
- Strong telephone communication skills
