Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Change Management Director to join our team at Kroger. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for executing the Change Management Strategy for Supply Chain, ensuring adoption of initiatives across teams to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement change management plans, including communication plans, coaching plans, training plans, and resistance management plans.
  • Conduct change impact analysis, change readiness analysis, and follow other change management practices using the ADKAR model or other similar change models.
  • Perform discovery to determine project scope and best communication and training methodology to meet business needs, working with key stakeholders and support teams.
  • Identify resistance and performance gaps, and work to develop and implement corrective actions.
  • Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and sustainment of changes.
  • Conduct readiness assessments and surveys, and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.
  • Identify potential risks and develop specific plans to mitigate and/or address concerns.
  • Provide direct support and coaching to leaders of others to help their direct reports through transitions.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in organizational change management, as well as implementation projects for systems, initiatives, process changes, etc.
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization.
  • Problem-solving and root cause identification skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to customers and to all levels within the organization.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability and ability to influence others without formal authority.
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare, interpret, and make decisions based on qualitative and quantitative data.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, HR Management, or Education.
  • Professional Change Management Certification.
  • Skilled in Instructional Design, Graphic Design, and/or Learning Strategy.
