Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, oversee, and document a workflow process to identify, archive, and eliminate materials in accordance with the required destruction/deletion policy, following Division, Department, and NARA guidelines.
  • Typically reports to the Contractor IT Manager, Systems Manager, or Lead Project Manager.
  • Engage with COR, Government Case Managers, and trial attorneys to ascertain system requirements and propose technical solutions for IT needs.
  • Determine system and project requirements based on information gathered from consultations.
  • Design the entire system to meet defined system requirements.
  • On smaller projects, may handle the full range of technical support, including program validations and testing.
  • Conduct systems evaluations.
  • Present findings, recommendations, and specifications in formal reports and oral presentations.
  • Consult with COR regarding task orders, work scheduling, personnel assignments, priorities, and progress reporting, as well as developing cost estimates for work under task orders.
  • Report on contract and task order progress.
  • Direct and supervise personnel assigned to perform on-task orders, ensuring adherence to work standards and that technical designs meet functional requirements.
  • Ensure successful project completion, timely deliverables, and quality control.
  • Prepare system and technical documentation.
  • Operate under the configuration management plan.
  • Oversee the technical aspects of assigned tasks.
  • Organize and conduct user training sessions on developed systems.
  • Prepare training materials and manuals for developed systems.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with Relativity, including the creation of ARMs (Archive/Restore/Move).
  • Ability to create and refine Relativity ARM workflows and standard operating procedures.
  • At least five years of substantial, hands-on experience with the systems in use.
  • Broad knowledge of Government IT environments, including office automation networks and PC/server-based databases and applications.
  • Experience in a litigation support environment is highly beneficial.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
  • Supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to lead a technical team and provide direction is crucial, along with the capacity to analyze attorneys' needs and design comprehensive system solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relativity Certified Administrator or Relativity Infrastructure Specialist certification is highly desirable.
