Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Strategic Sourcing plans and objectives based on forecasts of future demand and economic trends.
  • Work with business units, GSSM, and buyers to prepare and solicit competitive bids, quotations, and proposals.
  • Conduct negotiations with suppliers to obtain maximum value.
  • Lead the development and communication of global supply intelligence for assigned commodities.
  • Own the Supplier Relationship Management process for assigned commodities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

  • Technical curiosity and ability to learn and understand complex equipment.
  • Experience managing multimillion-dollar negotiations and supplier relationships.

  • Experience working in a matrix environment or on a cross-functional team.
