Small Business Account Executive

As a Small to Medium Business Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with small to medium-sized businesses in your assigned territory. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, build relationships with key decision-makers, and provide exceptional customer service to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and lead generation: Identify potential customers in your assigned territory and develop strategies to pursue new business opportunities.
- Engage and educate: Build relationships with key decision-makers and provide them with tailored solutions to meet their business needs.
- Customized solutions: Develop and present customized telecom solutions to meet the unique needs of each customer.
- Product knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest telecom products and services and be able to communicate their benefits to customers.
- Sales pitch: Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches to customers and negotiate sales agreements.
- Closing deals: Close sales agreements and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Documentation: Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation to ensure smooth sales processes.
- Relationship building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Team collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 2-3 years of field sales experience to small/medium businesses.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with a knack for working independently.
- Proficient computer and technical skills.
- Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license.
