Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at JobRialto in New Hudson, MI. This role involves developing strong relationships with key customers, analyzing their needs, and providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone or in-person.
  • Analyze customer needs and gather pertinent information to open work orders.
  • Provide quotes, develop claims, prepare repair plans, schedule work, and deliver status updates to customers.
  • Create complex work orders including diagnostic plans, quotes, and repair plans.

$65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements:
  • Tech appointment scheduling experience.
  • Dealership or similar field experience.
  • Computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Dealership experience or similar experience.
  • Strong customer service skills for working with vendors and customers face-to-face and via phone/email.
