Role: Client Support Associate

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Utilizing equipment and replenishing supplies, preparing products, employing proprietary systems, processing orders via telephone, managing inventory and documentation, performing cleaning duties, providing training on new offerings, and demonstrating effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with customers and colleagues for order fulfillment.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS

Competence in basic arithmetic operations, proficient handling of financial transactions, outstanding verbal, written, and telephonic communication skills for order fulfillment. Coordination of visual and manual dexterity for prompt and precise actions, skilled in using computer input devices for order entry.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

EXPOSURE TO:
Adverse weather conditions during outdoor activities, fluctuating temperatures within the establishment, exposure to food-related aromas and particulates, confined workspaces, handling of heated surfaces/tools and sharp instruments.

SENSORY REQUIREMENTS:
Communication via telephone, visual acuity for in-store operations, depth perception, ability to distinguish temperatures.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:

Effective delegation of tasks, ability to work independently and collaboratively, adept at managing stress, adhering to quality standards, possessing strong interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, and decision-making capabilities.

STANDING:
Most responsibilities performed while standing, with specific characteristics of walking surfaces and work surface heights.

WALKING:
Limited walking distances for brief periods, including movement between store, delivery vehicle, and customer locations.
SITTING:
Reserved for desk-related paperwork tasks.

LIFTING:

Unloading bulk shipments, lifting cases of supplies weighing up to 50 pounds, stacking onto shelves.

CARRYING:
Transporting various items within the establishment, including heavy trays and ingredients.

DRIVING:
Responsible for timely deliveries within a designated area.

PUSHING:
Maneuvering trays using appropriate equipment, applying necessary force.

CLIMBING:

Occasional climbing of stairs or ladders for maintenance tasks.

STOOPING/BENDING:
Bending at the waist for specific workstations, flexibility required for tasks.

CROUCHING/SQUATTING:
Required for stocking and cleaning lower areas.

REACHING:
Continuous reaching movements in various directions for task completion.

MANUAL TASKS:
Continuous use of hands for intricate tasks, grasping and handling objects.

TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT:
Utilization of various tools, including computers and telephones, as part of daily responsibilities.

TECHNOLOGY USAGE:
Mandatory use of company-implemented technology for all employees, including specific tools for drivers and client support associates.
