We are seeking an accomplished Human Resources Manager to spearhead our talent acquisition efforts and cultivate a positive work environment.

This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of human resources, with a focus on recruiting top talent, employee development, and maintaining harmonious employee relations.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field;
  • No less than 5 years of experience in human resources, with a strong emphasis on recruitment and employee relations;
  • Extensive knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations;
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for seamless relationships with colleagues at all levels;
  • A proven track record in conflict resolution, employee engagement, and HR compliance;
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, particularly ADP.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain exceptional talent;
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding;
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions;
  • Design and implement competitive salary structures, benefit programs, and incentives to lure and retain top performers;
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Employee Relations:
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace atmosphere, boost job satisfaction, and build a robust organizational culture;
  • Create employee development plans and career progression paths to provide employees with opportunities for growth and advancement;
  • Lead the management of employee onboarding to ensure a superior employee experience and equip new hires with the necessary tools for success;
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, offering guidance and support to employees and management;
  • Investigate and resolve employee complaints and conflicts in a fair and timely manner;
  • Analyze workforce trends and company data to enhance employee retention, performance, and other HR metrics.
HR Policy & Compliance:
  • Evaluate and update HR policies and procedures to maintain alignment with federal, state, and local regulations;
  • Support managers in the performance review process, providing training and guidance as needed;
  • Enhance and optimize our ADP software to better meet the evolving needs of our organization;
  • Advise management on HR best practices and policies to maintain compliance with labor laws;
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR systems and databases.

Compensation Package:

Cidan Machinery Inc. offers a comprehensive compensation package, featuring:

  • A highly competitive base salary ($85,000 - $110,000 per year);
