As the Human Resources Director at , you will play a pivotal role in leading the HR function for the facility. You will drive strategies that support employee engagement, compliance, and overall organizational success. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract top talent.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee training and development programs to promote growth and career advancement.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals.
  • Monitor HR metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Lead a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and mentorship.


Work Experience

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful HR strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in manufacturing or agriculture industries is a plus.
  • SHRM or HRCI certification is highly desirable.
