As a Science Partnership Manager, you will manage inbound requests for collaboration and outbound deliverables to key research partners, with the important responsibility of stewarding Lithos' first-of-a-kind commercial-scale ERW datasets. You will work directly with a diverse suite of stakeholders, ranging from professors at academic institutions, researchers at national laboratories, and scientists at our industry partners.

Key Responsibilities:

* Project Management: Manage inbound requests and outbound deliverables to key research partners, ensuring timely and regular reporting of milestones and project progress.
* Scientific Expertise: Deep understanding of soil geochemistry, with an ability to conduct monitoring, reporting, and verification (MRV) calculations based on elemental mass balance principles.
* Research Network: Ability to bring in new research collaborations with existing networks established by the candidate.
* Science Communicator: Excellent communication skills to enable regular internal reporting on Lithos' research collaboration activities and consistent external thought leadership.

Qualifications:

* The ideal candidate will have a PhD or Masters Degree in soil science, geochemistry, or a relevant technical subject matter, complemented by specific experiences in research program and project management.
* Early career stage applicants are encouraged, ideally with 2-3 years' experience or equivalent education.
* Proven ability to work independently to build structure through project management.
* Outstanding communication skills and a keen sense of what enables constructive partnerships.
