Position Overview:

As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in crafting and implementing effective sales strategies tailored for the Commercial and Industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue promising leads to secure new business opportunities within the Commercial and Industrial sectors.

• Focus on acquiring new clients and converting competitor accounts in the marketplace.

• Stay informed about market dynamics and competitive trends to proactively address evolving customer requirements.

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company's service offerings, pricing models, and additional services that may benefit prospects.

• Foster long-term relationships with new clients to enhance revenue growth and achieve pricing targets.

• Finalize service agreements with clients.

• Enhance company visibility by engaging in company-sponsored events, trade shows, and community activities.

• Collaborate with the Operations Team and Customer Service department to meet customer needs effectively.

• Conduct site visits as necessary.

• Utilize a structured approach to document and schedule all activities related to new business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline efficiently.

• Meet weekly activity standards, including making calls to secure appointments and overseeing the sales pipeline management.

• Responsible for achieving or surpassing monthly growth targets.

• Perform additional job-related tasks as assigned.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Proven ability to meet growth targets, adapt quickly, and apply knowledge towards business objectives.

• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), along with organizational, problem-solving, time management, and negotiation abilities.

• Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM systems to manage the sales pipeline and convert leads into opportunities.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, including effective presentation and active listening capabilities.

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers.

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, demonstrating pride in work and a competitive drive to succeed.


Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience with a demonstrated history of exceeding revenue targets and managing client accounts.

• At least 2 years of experience in the solid waste industry.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
