We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team at L and I Inc. as an IH Server. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests, working in a fast-paced environment, and collaborating with a friendly team of individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service: Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere, taking orders and answering questions in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve drinks and food promptly, accommodating guests' needs and special requests, and making suggestions regarding food and drink options.
  • Table Maintenance: Clean guest tables and maintain a tidy dining area, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our guests.
  • Point-of-Sale Operations: Use a point-of-sale computerized register system to relay orders to the kitchen and present the guest check, handling cash or credit card payments with efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Proficient in reading and writing, with effective communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during shifts, lift or move up to 25 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks like transporting plates, glasses, and baskets between the kitchen and dining room.
  • Qualifications: Minimum age requirement of 16 years.
